TORONTO - The Toronto stock market moved higher Thursday afternoon, with energy and material stocks leading a broad climb that widely ignored pessimism about the economic outlook. The S&P/TSX composite index was up 74.41 points at 11855.45, in a session rife with earnings reports from Canadian companies.
